Boat Trailer Parking Fees
Boaters who live anywhere in Osceola County can purchase an annual parking permit that covers parking at both city boat ramps. The annual permit is good for the calendar year. Cost for those living in the St. Cloud city limits is $35 per year. Cost for those living in Osceola County but not in St. Cloud city limits is $150 per year. Annual passes are not available to those living outside Osceola County.
Boaters who prefer to pay by the day for parking can use our Passport Parking app or visit the Passport Parking website to pay for your daily parking at the Lakefront or Chisholm Park. Daily parking is $6 for the entire day. Park where you see Passport Parking app signs & decals, pay for your parking session from your phone, and be on your way.
Fines
The fine for failure to pay for vehicles with trailers parking is $35.

4. Pay for your parking session from your phone.
How to Obtain an Annual Parking Permit
Annual parking permits passes are available for purchase in-person at the St. Cloud Civic Center front desk during normal business hours. Proceeds from boat trailer parking permits and fees will go toward the cost of maintaining our boat ramps and lakefront area.
- Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a vehicle with trailer parking pass, applicants must provide proof of vehicle and trailer ownership.
- Only residents of the City of St. Cloud and Osceola County are eligible to purchase an annual parking pass.
- A resident is defined as an individual who is an ad valorem taxpayer within the jurisdiction of St. Cloud. Only those who contribute to the local tax base through the payment of ad valorem taxes will be considered residents for purposes of eligibility or participation.
- Registration Period:
- The registration period for the vehicle with trailer parking pass opens on January 1st of each year and expires on December 31st of the same year.
- Application Process:
- Visit the St. Cloud Civic Center to submit your application for the vehicle with trailer parking pass.
- Provide the following information:
- Vehicle registration number
- Trailer registration number
- Proof of residence (e.g., driver’s license, voter registration, or utility bill)
- Proof of ownership (e.g., vehicle title, registration, or insurance)
- Contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- Fees:
- The fee for the annual vehicle and trailer parking pass is:
- City of St. Cloud residents: $35
- Osceola County residents: $150
- Payment can be made via:
- In-person (cash, check, or credit card) at the Civic Center, 3001 17th St., St. Cloud, FL 34769

- Pass Issuance:
- The parking pass will be valid for one calendar year, regardless of when it is purchased during the year.
- After registration and payment are confirmed, the parking pass will be issued.
- Renewal:
- The vehicle with trailer parking pass must be renewed annually. A reminder will be sent via email four weeks before the expiration date.
- Rules & Regulations:
- Park hours are from dawn to dusk and must be adhered to.
- Only one parking pass per household.
- No vehicles with trailers are allowed to park along Lakeshore Blvd. or Chisholm Park Trail.
- Parking is permitted only in designated areas at Lakefront and Chisholm Park.
- Failure to comply with parking regulations may result in fines or revocation of the parking pass.
- Parking passes must be displayed on the back windshield of the vehicle.
- Boat Ramps could be closed periodically for maintenance and/or special events.
