Office Policies

• For the first visit, a child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with proof of custody.
• Physicals and health appraisals such as general sports physicals will be completed and available within 48 hours.
• Interpreter Services are available for most languages, and for the hearing impaired with advance notice.
• Bills and forms are from Children’s Health Alliance, the name of the Nemours pediatric network.
